Bin service and junk removal questions
How do you price it?
Bin service is one flat monthly fee per bin, set by bin size and how often we come. It covers the bin and every pickup. Junk removal is priced by how much of our trailer your load fills, and we confirm it from your photo before we come. Enclosures are quoted per site after a free visit.
What if the bin overflows between pickups?
Bags go inside the bin with the lid closed. Bags left beside it aren't collected unless you ask for an extra pickup. Busy week? Ask and we add one to your next invoice, shown with the photo. If it keeps happening, we move you to a bigger bin or more pickups.
Is there a contract for bin service?
No. Bin service is month-to-month. If you want to stop, give us 30 days' notice and we collect the bin.
What can you haul away, and what can't you?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, yard waste and general household junk, from a single item to a full clean-out. We can't take hazardous waste like paint, propane tanks, chemicals or asbestos. Send a photo and we confirm.
Can you build an enclosure for a bin I already have?
Yes. Enclosures are optional, and we build them for our bins or for yours. We quote each one after a free site visit.
How soon can you do a junk pickup?
Often the same week, and same-day or next-day when the schedule allows. Ask for it on the form.
